We also include birch essential oil which has analgesic properties that help relieve muscle, joint, and aid spasms, headaches, and toothaches. Birch also helps cool inflammation and stimulates the nervous, sensory, and circulatory systems. You may apply our oil to any areas of poor circulation, wrists, soles of the feet, or any where you are experiencing any pain.

How to Use

Apply the oil on your hands and massage in circular motions to pain area. You may use as much as needed to pain area.
