What are the best healing crystals for stress and anxiety? Amethyst, Rhodonite, Citrine ,Moonstone, Rose Quartz and Celestite.
The large crystals like the rhodonite, citrine, rose quartz, etc. do good for restlessness, nervous tension, anxiety and restlessness. These do not cause harmful physical effects, but are thought to enhance a relaxed state of mind and make you more mindful of your surroundings. They help you calm down and focus better.
They are not too commonly used in psychotherapy because they are thought to be stronger in affect than some other types of crystals. These are the crystals that people often recommend in aromatherapy.
The best thing to do with any crystal is to put it into a vessel, and hold it in your hand. We know that crystals absorb and emit energies and you can tune into the energy of the crystal.
You can also keep them on your nightstand in your favorite crystal that you use for meditation and they will bring calm and healing.
What are the best tools for stress relief and relaxation?
Chakras , stress relief, muscles, and crystals
Chakras are embedded energy centers that we can use to balance and regulate our physical and mental bodies. They exist in the body and the mind. In a moment of imbalance they can become blocked or misaligned causing dysfunction in the body and mind. These areas can become very agitated and cause problems with the emotional body.
The chakras are usually located in the sacrum, lower back, throat and third eye. Many people find them very effective in their ability to increase spiritual awareness and self-reflection.
These are the tools that you can use to increase your psychic awareness to help yourself regulate your emotions. Here are a few ideas:
Be more aware of your breathing
Take care of your body with a massage
Call upon your Chakras in prayers and meditation
If you have anger or resentment, you can help yourself feel more balanced and calm by helping someone else that needs it. Many people find this to be a great way to make amends and get over their problems. You can use this type of practice in your every day life by helping a friend, neighbor, or even a stranger.
Spiritual Meditation is very effective in calming the mind and changing the body chemistry. It is an ongoing process, but when used regularly you can experience the huge emotional and physical benefits of feeling more peaceful.
You can also use the etymology for the word “meditation” to increase your understanding of the benefits of this practice. In Sanskrit, meditation is “darśana” meaning “searching” and “seeing”. To meditate means to “see” into the Spirit. A religious practitioner who does this type of practice is called a “Sannyasi”.
The Sannyasi uses the natural energy of his consciousness (the “third eye”) to see, hear, and feel beyond ordinary human perception. He then tries to use this spiritual knowledge to change his life and be a better person.
Although meditation is easy to learn, the Sannyasi must develop a great deal of self-discipline. He is often forced to fast, meditate, and do hard and fast labor (like the Indian fasters who work in the fields for a day) to increase his spiritual level.
Here are a few ideas to help you experience the natural benefits of meditation.
Try a relaxing breathing meditation
Use affirmations and visualizations
Use a mental focus such as a mantra
Meditate for five minutes
Try a mantra meditation
Here is an example mantra meditation by a guy that I have seen personally. If you want to learn more about this type of meditation here is a great course.
You can also do this with your meditation, which helps you to feel calm and focused:
See the pleasant feelings in your body, and begin to breathe slowly in through your nose, hold your breath and slowly release it. Inhale slowly through your nose, hold your breath and gently allow the air to fill your lungs and mouth. Pause for a few moments, allowing your whole body to breathe evenly and slowly. Exhale slowly through your mouth, breath fully, and slowly release the air from your lungs. Feel your body radiating with a warm sensation. Let go of all thoughts and go to your inner world.

Make Meditation part of your daily practice
Even if you aren’t meditating every day, you can still practice meditation to enhance your level of inner peace. Making meditation part of your daily practice will allow you to increase the state of your meditation in any time that you are trying to relax or take care of your body.
For this kind of practice, you don’t even need to make a formal or special space, you can use your living room or even a car.
These simple meditation practices that you can use on any situation will help you to become aware of the energy around you, so that you can take control of your mind.
Here are some tips to get you started.
This is a great quick first meditation method, especially if you have limited time.
Create an easy-to-follow visual to your practice. This will help you to relax and increase your sense of peace. It will also be easy for you to remember as a reminder. You can either use your computer, use a chart in your favorite meditation course, or draw a simple picture that you can put in a frame and hang up. You can also download a free copy of the visualization that I have made for this blog.
Give a few minutes to the chant. This is my favorite part of my meditation practice. As you get into it, chant “Om Namah Shivaya”, which means “Save the Universe through prayer.” I had a hard time remembering this sound when I first started. Now I can’t get enough of chanting it. It is a magical sound and a simple way to focus on the universe and its power.
In your free time, meditate. Set aside time to meditate, because it can be difficult to dedicate an hour to just one activity. Some people find that they can meditate for ten minutes and feel totally relaxed and focused. If you are in a rush, set a timer for five minutes and just close your eyes.
Take a moment to reflect upon your experience. Don’t let your practice go by without trying to understand the benefits and progress you made. Take time to reflect upon your experiences in order to see how you have been changing and the changes you are making.
Focusing on good things is a great way to improve your meditation experience. Whenever you feel yourself getting distracted, try focusing on something positive that happened that day.
