All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the items. All items sent back are at the senders expense. It is recommended that you ship items with tracking. We are not responsible for lost items.
Shipping may take up to 3-7 business days. Please note that our aromatherapy, crystals and sage products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. Return policy
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on our aromatherapy accessories. We are currently not accepting any returns on our handmade products due to coronavirus concerns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at joyinhealingwellness@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
